Due to the limited number of rooms available (50), please register as soon as possible. Also note that we cannot reserve your room until the registration fee is received.
The conference will be held at the Centre IGESA, on the Island of Porquerolles (France). The Centre IGESA is in the village of the island of Porquerolles, 5 min by foot from the beach and the harbour. It is located in a natural park, one of the last intact naturalistic area in the Mediterranean basin. It belongs to the armed forces of France as a recreation and meeting location.
All the participants will be accommodated at the IGESA Center in single or twin room, in full-board from June 27 evening to July 3 morning (6 nights).
Bedrooms are familial rooms of average standard. Cleaning and linen change is provided once a week.
More luxury hotels close to IGESA Center can alternatively be chosen (more information here). Attendees wishing to reserve their rooms outside IGESA will have to book them on their own. In that case, registration fees without accommodation should be chosen.
Students (master, PhD, Post-doc) will be hosted in twin rooms. The registration form will offer you the option to specify your roommate, if you have one in mind.
Accompanying person
Unfortunately, we have reached maximum capacity. We could only accommodate accompanying person for regular registration.
Note that accompanying person should pay directly at the Igesa Center upon the arrival. All means of payments are accepted (cheque, credit card, cash in euro).
The accompanying person can only register on a full board basis: 75.40€ per person / per day. Tourist tax 7€
